Mills and Cumming meet Inclusion team
Stan Mills and Jamie Cumming met our Inclusion Football team as part of EFL Week of Action.
The EFL’s annual Week of Action takes place from Monday 3 to Friday 7 November 2025 and celebrates the collective impact of Football Club charities across the League.
While managers and first team players actively support their Club’s community activities all year round, the Week of Action provides an opportunity for them to meet participants and engage in some of the most innovative projects that are improving the quality of people’s lives.
Oxford United in the Community’s Inclusion programme delivers weekly football sessions exclusively for adults living with a disability.
This week, First Team players Stan Mills and Jamie Cumming took part in a special training session at the Training Centre.
The players took part in a five-a-side match, before doing a Q&A and posing for a team photo.

Following the visit, Mills said: “Playing football with the team was really special. I think it’s massive for the players to come down and get involved with the community.
“It will probably make their day and there’s nothing better than that.”
